The fusion of these sensory stimuli with cacao, prayer and dance are a potent blend that enable altered states of consciousness and deep healing. You will be guided on a dance journey through sacred sounds, embodying, aligning and dancing your true nature.

A Cacao Ceremony is a heart-opening experience where we are invited to slow down and intentionally set time aside for ourselves, bringing more awareness, love and gratitude to our lives. Because of cacao’s ability to increase your connection to your inner self and your heart chakra, it aids in any transformational shift you are working towards. Whatever your path, the intention is yours to set, and the cacao allows you to the insight and awareness to move towards that goal.

Ecstatic Dance is a free form dance/ expression journey where ritual is reinvented, beauty unfolds, and energy flows in a safe space. Electronic and world rhythms weave us together as individuals within a greater family. We come together connecting our bare feet to the earth, purely communicating through our bodies, and celebrating life in all its aspects!
