Elisabeth’s  journey in the study of yoga has let her to study with a variety of teachers and traditions located in different areas of the globe such as Costa Rica, India, New-Zealand, Canada and Nicaragua. Her core mission is to keep evolving and sharing her knowledge with other human beings to embrace playfulness, love and movement through those practices.

If you end up crossing path with Justin, he will surely get you to fly earlier than you thought. His capability to make others believe in themselves is astonishing. His strength and knowledge acquired in the past years while teaching and playing literally all the time has brought him to magical venues like the one at Womad NZ, were he met Elisabeth.
